Just some of the benefits I have experienced as part of Telent: Consistent engagement and a positive inclusive community. Creates a sense of worth and purpose in what you do. Excellent and supportive learning. Continuous development and career progression. A genuine caring environment where individual needs and wellbeing are supported. Lots of opportunity to do different things and get involved with groups and communities to support the growth of the business. Consistent recognition and reward with lots of benefits and flexibility.

Cons

The open pathways to career progression, means individuals have the opportunity to move forward based on performance and learning; this can sometimes be viewed negatively as favouritism because promotion isn't based on how long you have been in a role, but on your passion and enthusiasm to develop your own personal career development.

Pros

Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

Cons

Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
