      Some really nice people that I worked with in the operations side of the business.

      Cons

      HR dept is a terrible dept to work for, role was missold, no consideration given to flex working arrangements and lack of support in the role

      Pros

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

      Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

      HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
