Negatives. From a customer point of view, know that you a paying for a service Where multiple people are taking a share of the cost. from Harvey Norman, Tech2home and the sub contractor completing the job. This is why the prices for the installations are so high and speaking from first hand experience the quality of the install does not justify the price. The reason is simple, the work is completed by sub contractor whom get a very small portion of the cost of the install, there is also no accountability so your general t2h install is fast and sloppy with no regard for Optimizing the system. The contractor just wants to move on to the next job to collect as much money as he can. Do not be fooled into their upsell rubbish, they carry Monster branded cables which are over priced and no different to your $10 HDMI from Jaycar, Its simple science, look it up. They employee whomever they can find, sometimes people who have no experience but have a Van and tools and a willingness. My advice, go with your trusted local AV installer who needs to rely on his quality of work to remain in business, not his guaranteed Harvey Norman Contract.
