Pros

I was lucky enough to be involved in a young, dynamic and funny team, which helped me go on with the daily tasks and lighten the burdens of the work days.

Cons

Salary is below standards, at least for regular employees. Basic benefits, not even food stamps. Admittedly it may depend on the region, but in my experience everything seems confused and obscure when it comes to develop one's abilities, let alone plan a career path. Virtually no project management. HR leaves much to be desired, at least at local level.

Pros

Remote-first environment with flexibility and significant ownership. The company operates in a growing market and offers opportunities to work across multiple areas of the business.

Cons

My experience was heavily impacted by leadership style, particularly at the CEO level of Windsor.ai who is part of Team Blue. Throughout both the hiring process and my time with the company, I frequently encountered interactions that I considered dismissive, confrontational, and unprofessional. Rather than focusing discussions on performance, business objectives, and employee success, conversations often centered around concerns regarding fraud, abuse, and a general lack of trust in employees and contractors. This created an environment where I felt distrusted rather than evaluated on my actual contributions. What was particularly concerning is that many of the same themes appear repeatedly in public candidate and employee reviews. After joining the company, I found those reviews to be largely consistent with my own experience. This leadership approach negatively impacts hiring, employee morale, retention, and the overall employer brand.
