Pros

- Management is exceptionally accommodating. I had worked there previously and left for private reasons but when I came back I was welcomed with open arms and they were thoroughly accommodating to my situation, allowing me to work remotely and provided me with a work laptop. As well, before I even had my start they I was invited on their annual trip to Blue Mountain- such a kind gesture!! - Monthly meetings making sure everything is going smoothly and allows for opportunities to ask questions and grow - Great work environment in office and online- we all use a platform that brings employees (especially those working remotely) together and have daily discussions. With covid this connection has been extremely valuable. - Management is professional and really takes the time to invest in the growth of their employees, inviting them to watch webinars they put together so that they can continue their skill growth - Competitive Pay, Vacation Time, and Benefits Included -Company takes corporate social responsibility seriously which aligns with my values (very mission driven and actually one of a handful of companies I've noticed following through on what they promise in striving towards their mission) -Management is approachable and everyone working at the company is beyond friendly with positive attitudes -Successful company working with high profile clients

Cons

- No RRSP match however it is a growing company so hopefully in the future! :)
