Anything that may have been a con in the past, is no longer applicable.

Good salary. Interesting business. Most regular employees are good hardworking people. Place runs a tight ship.

Senior management is arbitrary, negative, combative and unprofessional with incredibly thin skin and not good human beings. Toxic tone from the top. But if that doesn’t bother you this is an interesting and well paid place to work.
