Pros

I began working at swiftscale after a sting as an innovation scout for one of their partners. I was blown away by the quality and rigour of the swiftscale team in terms of how they qualify startups and deals. You couldn't hope to meet a nicer team. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the office is such a lovely environment. People are always willing to help each other out and approaches their work with pride and a positive attitude. It's nice, though sadly rare, to go into work and be excited to be with your colleagues, but this is the case at swiftscale.

Cons

swiftscale is a startup, so although they are always ready and willing to help you out, they do not always have the resources to do so like a large corporation would.

Pros

Being in a small, young team means your voice is always heard and your ideas nurtured. You're given responsibility to take charge of your own processes, allowing you to be proactive in finding ways to improve the way you do things. The position of the company within the market means you are always meeting ambitious scaleup founders, as well as forward-thinking enterprise executives. This means you are always exposed to the differing ways that organisations engage with technology.

Cons

I guess the only con would be that with increased responsibility over your work, the more can be expected of you. But you have complete autonomy about how and when you do your work, so you can actually use this to your advantage to excel.
