Good coworkers, fairly easy job

A free froyo per week, small store.

The salary is minimum wage, they leave teenage girls alone in the store to lock up at 11-12pm. The company espouses Christian values but remained open on Sundays, Easter, Christmas Eve, etc. The old manager also had inappropriate boundaries with the teenage employees: in regards to gossiping about other employees, asking too many personal questions, and spreading personal information to other employees. (like health information told to the manager, relating to work). There was also mold in the fridges and freezers, and roaches in the back. Manager claimed the roaches only came in from the outside. Other employees were promised an assistant manager role, so they stayed with the company. But then that role was given to an unqualified 22 year old guy the manager knew instead.
