Great startup work environment - Senior Software Engineer super.AI Employee Review

The leadership is extremely experienced and have a strong product vision. Additionally, the culture is open and welcoming. Organizationally, the opportunity is in this start-up is very exciting with a multitude of opportunities to wear different hats. More importantly, every role at this stage is extremely important and every person has a chance to add meaningful value to their role and/or the organization as a whole.

As with any start-up, processes may be lacking or in development, but this is to be expected. If you are not one that thrives in an environment that lacks structure, this organization (at this current time) may not be a good fit for you. Otherwise, I have found that they are much more organized that your traditional start-up who are in the middle of a "Series A" run...

- Some great lower level people - Good product with some limitations but great differentiators

-Absent leadership - the CEO doesn't take this company seriously and is barely ever present - to the point where people openly wonder what he does with his time. -Massive turnover over last year. Almost every good senior leader left within the last year. -Lack of clear strategy. The start-up has been around since 2018 - since then they've completely shifted product focus, have churned a ton of the logos you see on the website, and have barely experienced any revenue growth (rev might even be declining). -Some misleading claims about company size - they are much smaller than they claim on Linkedin with fake profiles that were used to make them seem more legitimate than they are. This company is bare bones. -Lack of personal responsibility and compassion: Layoffs right before the holidays with almost no severance due to poor internal decisions at the top. We were lied to about the financial health of the company. No one that has remained has the relevant experience that would point to long term success of the company.
