Cons
It's scary how poorly run this company is -- there are a bunch of smart people here, but the CEO (and the US CEO) are running the company in the ground, Blaming the market (even though they have no product-market fit in North America). It's scary how bad the company has been run, there may be a netflix documentary about it one day after how much money they raised and subsequently blew. A crazy lunatic - the CEO is often yelling and swearing at the sales people that they can't sell. He's a restauranteur who has no clue how to run a tech company, let alone a business other than a restaurant. The US CEO (two CEOs is a good idea, right?) is very junior - would probably be a director level at most tech companies. She fires her whole staff and the business is pitiful, no one trusts her or listens to anything she says. No trust or respect from anyone. Zero empathy or people skills. I've never seen two people (Christine and Victor) set our certain values and live so opposite to them. "Trust" they would always say, as they promise it's only one layoff (week after week there are more). The company is scary bad.. run fast.
