TBH no pros (maybe if you are a manager that the only thing that they doing are , it's the worst work experience of my entire life. I really have no idea who gave 5 stars (probably someone from hr or some recruiters) The company It's a bubble that will explode soon

Sunday has a highly toxic culture, and most people leave the company in less than 4 months, and those who claim the situation in Europe is better are totally wrong. - The worst boss of my entire career - No balance between work and personal life - Unrealistic deadline - Terrible management - No long-term strategy for the company - Not an enjoyable place to work - Social side is terrible - Roles are not what they promise at all - You need to wear multiple hats at the same time and complete the different tasks at the same time. - Even if you do a good job you will not be recognized as it is against the philosophy of the company (it's part of the pdf manifest)
