      * Exceptional culture, one of the best I've ever experienced. Growth oriented mindset for each and everyone on the team. * They really do care about everyone in the team. * All opinions are valued * Fully Remote + Hybrid office structure as well!

      Cons

      *Compensation feels lacking when compared to the rest of the industry. * Senior Management sometimes feels disconnected from the rest of the team. * Certain Team roles / structures are in shambles.

      There are very nice people within departments. They always try to help and support each other.

      Cons

      Not many seniors where you can actually learn something. Pretty much reactive and no active upper management
