Pros

Smart and fun people to suffer with. The same pros as any basic agency: casual dress, beer, dogs are more than welcome, and you can bring your pooch too 😉

Cons

Modern boys club 👯 is alive and well here, as jokingly stated in above 🐶 comment. Female leadership left without taking a job somewhere else 😱 🙌 and started their own feminist company because that's just how bad Below par benefits package 👎 Although some leadership tries to protect their people, they would have to do so at the expense of their own job 😵 The lack of process and experience of the tightly knit inner circle that runs the place 🎪 holds back the agency's biggest assets, their people. 👨🏻‍💻 90% of work coming out is swept under the rug while a few show pony projects, some still from early 2000, are showcased 🤢 Deadlines and budgets are alarmingly terrible due to lack of experience and desperate times. 🤷‍♀️ You won't learn any new tricks here 🤹🏽‍♂️ CEO is given printed out scripts 🎭 to read verbatim so he doesn't make a racist or sexist comment. 🤢

Pros

Some teams include genuinely talented people, and certain client projects can be interesting to work on. A few colleagues try hard to create a positive atmosphere despite broader challenges.

Cons

The organization struggles with clarity and consistency. Expectations are often vague, and feedback tends to be sporadic or contradictory. Standards can shift depending on who is reviewing the work, creating an environment where it’s difficult to understand what “success” actually looks like. Decision-making follows a command and control management pattern, but without communication to make expectations clear. At the same time, employees are "encouraged" to take initiative, but independent decisions are frequently overturned without clear reasoning. This makes things incredibly unpredictable and hard to build confidence or momentum in any role. There is also a noticeable pattern of rapid turnover — many employees rotate out within a short timeframe. This churn leads to instability, knowledge gaps, and a culture that feels more transactional than supportive. The workplace atmosphere can lean competitive and ego-driven rather than collaborative.
