      Pros

      Remote work, flexible, good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Terrible morale, lots of elitism, management is very cliquey, everyone is overworked and really stressed out. Nobody knows who's responsible for what, people are randomly moved between teams or layed off. CEO loves bragging about laying people off.

      Many people are great to work with

      Cons

      Immature leadership. Sales VP is running the company for some reason? Speed is valued above all else. Attempts to create efficiency or to implement processes are met with disdain. They want to move so fast that they end up slowing everything down by being unprepared and with only vague ideas of how things will actually be accomplished.
