Pros

1. Average Salary (don't expect any hike later) 2. Moderate health benefits - 80% coverage

Cons

1. Organizational restructure happening twice a year which impacts performance a lot. 2. If the reporting manager is French (or based in France) your life is going to be hell. Not being racist but this is the fact anyone within company would agree. 3. Decisions are purely based on senior management based in France hence don't expect Promotions, Hike very easily. 4. They don't even provide laptops initially. It might take a long to get your own machine. 5. You could fired anytime, no job security at all. 6. Remote work policy depends on the manager even if they are not located in same city 7. Almost 60% of people joining leave the company in first few months. 8. Head of Infrastructure doesn't give a s**t, so if you are joining under their team good Luck!

Regarding career development: we are committed to offering the best opportunities for our employees to thrive and develop, whatever the stage of their career. We are working on career paths to enhance the possibilities to grow within centers of expertise or managerial positions. Many of our managers come from internal mobility and promotion, and a lot of them have joined the company at a very early stage of their career. Training programs are launched to support promotions and professional growth. Regarding equipment: We are continuously reviewing our policies and procedures to ensure that all employees have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively while complying with cybersecurity standards. Regarding remote work: We offer flexible work arrangements, including 3 different remote work options. We trust our managers to make decisions that best suit their team’s needs while ensuring business continuity and productivity. Regarding attrition: We are committed to creating a rewarding working environment where employees feel valued. We constantly monitor our attrition rates (which are much lower than the percentage you indicate) and take measures to improve employee retention, such as improving remuneration packages, implementing an engagement survey or providing specific training.

Pros

smartTrade is a place where one can really learn a lot on fintech. The company is leading in the FX vendors world, and employees will grow a lot, whether about tech or about trading platforms and systems. Teammates are friendly and shows solidarity. There are a lot of challenges of course, as anywhere, and whatever the department you're in, but overcoming them together is always rewarding! Finally, the C-level team is solid, with a nice mix of employees who rose from the ranks and people having several past experiences in other companies.

Cons

As for any fintech vendors, the environment can be sometimes stressful, and this is where the team spirit really helps.
