Pros
Worst culture ever. Check the cons.
Cons
The overall work culture is extremely poor and stressful. • Management practices rely heavily on micromanagement instead of trust or outcomes. • Employees are monitored excessively on daily tasks, targets to take the calls, and active hours. • This level of micromanagement continues even after successful completion of the probation period. • Employees are given very little autonomy, which negatively affects motivation and performance. • Favoritism is clearly visible in the organization. Employees who are close to management or considered favorites are pushed forward. • Hardworking and consistent employees are often ignored or overlooked for growth and recognition. • Promotions and opportunities do not always reflect actual performance or effort. • The leave policy is highly restrictive and poorly managed. • Employees outside Karnataka face significantly more difficulty in getting leave approvals. • Employees within Karnataka do not face the same level of restrictions. • Officially, only 5 working days of leave are provided to employees outside Karnataka. • Even in genuine situations, the maximum leave allowed is 7 days. • Requesting leave requires repeated follow-ups and excessive justification. • Employees are made to feel guilty or pressured for taking leave. • Personal and medical needs are not handled with empathy. • The overall approach creates inequality and resentment among employees. • Employees are treated without basic respect and dignity. • Work–life balance is practically nonexistent, leading to stress and burnout. • Overall, the environment negatively impacts employee morale, mental health, and long-term retention. Even if you’re the best performer and are in the team for last 1 year, they will not move you to other deptt to learn and grow. So, zero growth opportunities. Moreover the kyc management terminates the employees without any notice or proper explanation.
