Bad management I would call it mismanagement. They don't care about you as an employee. You just have to shut up and listen to what they say and do what they order you to do! They will only pick their friends. The work/life balance is bad because of staff shortage and rules which they only use in favour of management. When you ask to apply rules in your favour they will make sure your career will be boycotted.
