Terrible company to work for - Sales simpleFLOORS Employee Review

-Micromanagement from the owner to the senior level executives, none of whom brought anything to the table for salespeople. -Very low commission structure and terrible benefits/no chance on you being able to take vacation time -Backstabbing from the owner to the senior VP's. They didn't care about people who worked hard for them -Terrible product manufactured in China with many complaints from previous customers.
