As soon as you start climbing the management ladder at schuh, you'll realise how corrupt everything is. The higher management do not care about you or your progression. I've seen amazing people who genuinely loved schuh be pushed and managed out and it was devastating. My manager bullied me out of the store until i was so mentally broken i had no choice but to quit.
