My senior colleague felt like he don't like me because I am not Japanese. so he decided to lie to the management that I am not capable to work as electrical engineer and it would be very dangerous to keep working, so I lost my job on the next day without any question or explanation. He also practiced all kinds of moral harassment methods with me and take tools away to prevent me to do my job.
All what they promised me in the interview was not true and flexible working hours was not true. it is just a German company turned to a Japanese style company.
Very disappointed.
