Pros
Great place to work for long term and salary is getting upgraded equivalent to the market at every year. Friendly environment and colleagues are very much supportive. The new India head is easy to approach and creating many new opportunities to grow. Good benefits like Parents insurance, Work from home, taking all employees to overseas in every 5 year on anniversary.
Cons
Company hierarchy and reporting hierarchy is not proper. Implementation not given to India team.
