      If you have no experience, you can get it here. Very friendly atmosphere, nice people, easy access to the management

      Cons

      No HR!!! If you have workfliw issues you don't really have a contact to discuss it with. It's hard to grow and get promoted. They don't really care about emplyees, they would prefer hiring a new one instead of trying to keep one with experience

      *micromanaging nightmare *Management only exists when something goes well, when something goes wrong it's you against everyone else *Work hours that resembles a labor camp/gulag *Gaslighting and lies is a routine thing *Toxic mentality in all medium/senior management
