Pros
Genuinely good people work here. Kindness and hospitality is in the air, and chocolate is in the cupboard! We get a free bagel breakfast and beer every Friday, free lunch every other Wednesday, and free cappuccinos and lattes to our big hearts' content! It really feels like home here, and I look forward to waking up and coming to work every day. We're constantly joking around in the office about our own lives, and it's honestly lots of fun working here.
Cons
Like with any Customer Service position, sometimes you have a bad day and don't want to talk to anyone, but there's always someone around the corner that just knows how to cheer you up. Ok, so it's easier with chocolate, but still!
