Pros

- Compensation - Covered parking lot - There's a table tennis table that gets plenty of use from people on the job

Cons

- Abusive, micromanaging and insulting company founder - Lack of HR - Lack of formal training for company products and processes - Job responsibilities can change without notice - Not a clean workplace (previous ant infestations, lack of cleaning up common areas like food on counters for multiple days at a time, etc)

Pros

- Location is good - Good looking office - Pantry has good snacks - Macbooks are given for work - Good at giving bunch of work just before your vacation - Good at manipulating employees and make them believe that they are performing pathetic at what they are doing and can never move on - Well established toxic work culture by core team

Cons

- Work can come up at any time and employees are expected to work and stretch their time. - Your life depends on CTO's mood. He can blame us for his mistakes and make your life worse. Best ever manipulator you'll ever see in a company. If there is a competition for manipulators, CEO and CTO will share the first prize. - Promotions, but no proper increments. - The company is built on lies. Lying to customers about products. Lying to employees about their increments and company's profit. False promises, manipulates everyone for profit. NEVER TRUST PROMISES. - HR can work remotely forever, but not the employees (except the favoured one). - Involvement in personal affairs. When you work for retailcloud, all your personal and family matters are company's affair too. - Zero technical or personal growth since the company is stuck with 90s technology. If something need to be implemented, it'll be favoured to the core team. Only their voices are heard in the company. - Company is making huge profit, but employee's get peanuts. Even the employee's don't know how much the company makes. - Management is like dictators. They treat employees like slaves whom can work for them anytime, anywhere even in the middle of vacations.
