      Great atmosphere to work in, with very supportive management. HR actively listens to employee concerns and offers both official and personal support. The pantry is well-managed, providing excellent amenities. Department heads offer superb technical support. Generous leave plans are also provided. Overall, a fantastic experience

      - Compensation - Covered parking lot - There's a table tennis table that gets plenty of use from people on the job

      - Abusive, micromanaging and insulting company founder - Lack of HR - Lack of formal training for company products and processes - Job responsibilities can change without notice - Not a clean workplace (previous ant infestations, lack of cleaning up common areas like food on counters for multiple days at a time, etc)
