No Culture or Core Values No Vision or Strategy No Structure No Respect Lack of Diversity & Inclusion No Gratitude or Appreciation Pure Chaos I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy… I’m on my way out and thought I would advise future candidates who would like to buy in on this fake dream they are selling, so beware. Hire & Fire Mentality - Terminations are unjust and for no reason apart from satisfying the CEO's ego and mood swings. They always state Operational reasons and lie in court to protect CEO’s disgraceful decisions. Two weeks later they post the same vacancy online. The remaining C-Level have no say in the business … Employees try their best but get shut down, shouted at and even cursed at especially by the CEO. CEO curses at employees all the time, it's his way or the highway. CEO continuously instructs employees to enter positive reviews to out shadow the truth. Nothing is organic, and there is no desire to change. (Evidence - notice reviews of Oct 2, Oct. 7, Oct. 13 & Oct. 15 reviews entered by employee to over-shadow review on Sept. 9 - Female colleagues within rent24 have confirmed that this review is true) CEO treats employees like liabilities (chairs / tables), like he owns them. Does not care what your skills, abilities or opinions are and will force you to do things and if not, you will placed on a termination list. A list that is updated every one or two weeks, depending on the CEO’s mood. Every employee comes to work not knowing if today would be his / her last day, and are completely stressed out. Not an Environment you want to be in. Trust Me!!!!
