      -Open culture where people are willing to help, receive feedback, and change -Had a great manager who always tried to help develop my skills outside of what was strictly required for the product -The ability to directly affect the product as a feature owner and pitch your own ideas to improve the app -Team really cares about the product and wants to provide the best UX -Snacks, flexible hours and vacation if needed

      -Management sometimes lacked direction in design making regarding features that will be released

      Ability to work from home. Not much.

      Cons

      They don't tell you that they have tracking software. Dishonest and lacking integrity. Not cool. I would suggest running FAR FAR away from this company. Even if you are desperate for employment.
