I joined redBus 15 days ago as an SDET intern, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with the work culture here. From the CTO to the interns, everyone sits together — there are no cabins or formal hierarchies. On the very first day, we were instructed not to address anyone as “Sir” or “Ma’am,” regardless of their designation. At first, I thought this was just part of the usual onboarding, but over time I’ve understood the purpose behind it. Everyone here is so friendly and approachable that you never feel like just a new joiner or an intern. The HR team, especially Srijit and Aparajita, are very polite and supportive. Even if you make a mistake, they guide you calmly and ensure you feel comfortable.
