Pros
Salaries ranged between "ok" and "good". If you like corporate "circle-massaging" and "shoe-polishing" this is one perfect place for you and you will thrive here I guess. Anybody else who wants to do their craft properly, that's a different story. There's a ping-pong table now in the office.
Cons
New hires should avoid this company like the plague. There was real class-struggle between owners/c-level and regular employees. Owners successfully campaigned against an attempt for worker's unionization, not because they thought it would cost them more money, but out of principle. I personally have not experienced this level of aristocratic snug and power-play in any other company I've been working in before.
