There are some nice colleagues, but in general you don't know whom to trust.

Toxic working atmosphere, untrustworthy management that is to busy with fighting each other, no transparency, no real goal settings, management decisions are often very arbitrarily and making no sense from a business point, dark unfriendly office, employees coming and going....
