Management and a few consultants have created a very difficult work environment.
Consultants are managing internal politics and the customers. Customer expectations are set by management but, cannot be delivered in a professional manner. It's the carrot and the big stick. Consultants are belittled and given all the responsibility yet none of the control. Back door politics resulted in several of us being laid off in a bad manner with no notice.
