The so called leadership are bullies. They are control freaks who micromanage everything. After 3 interviews, they will fire you for not being a right fit and the firing will happen as per their convenience. The Prinicipal is the only principal who is not licensed and the communication is horrible! Its a very toxic work culture and only want drafters to do the production. Bunch of old losers! Stay away!
