Pros
Location close to home and easily accessed are about the extent of the pros.
Cons
Too many to listen. Lack of onboarding training, Those involved in onboarding are clueless or skip significant pieces and portions of access setup completely missing until some deadline forces the realization that somebody wasn't complete in their onboarding process. Systems not always reliably accessible. Many talk a good game of 'working through' employee issues, but too many things left unchecked for fear of being seen as overbearing or micromanaging, and so lots of employees take afvantage of "its not my job", or just simply lack of motivation to do their jobs. Temper tantrums and extremely entitled expectations of what they should be doing ir dont want to have to do wins out.
