Small company, so not a lot of resources for perks & benefits.
Some transparency issues. Sometimes seems like execs are keeping secrets, but
but it's a small company, so word gets around anyway. Makes them seem foolish.
There's some nepotism that's pushed a few people into leadership roles - in some cases it's merited, in others not sure how/if they do any work.
For a company that promotes junior employees as often as we do, execs have either been hired from outside, or they're family members. Not much internal promotion into those roles, but also pretty normal.
Micro-management from certain people is disruptive, but not widespread.
Pay is lower than most other tech companies, but they're also not doing a bunch of layoffs.
