Pros
Great working conditions: Flexible working hours and home-office days. The company aims at a mutual understanding and a solution for everything with the employees. Visionary minds collaborating with doers to achieve a sustainable future in finance. The vision is btw much more than what is on the homepage. It’s going to be fantastic.
Cons
Fast-paced environment, decisions can change over the weekend. Strong IT-focus. While many aspects of the long-term vision are great, I could imagine even more wholesome approach to a sustainable business.
