Pros
Nice looking office. Clean facilities. Macs (if you can stand them).
Cons
The office is designed to look good, not to be comfortable. The lawn chairs that they pass off as office chairs are uncomfortable. The computers are so-so. I don't like Macs, but the keyboards are painful to use. The office is in a nasty neighborhood and contractors have to wait outside for someone to let them in if they show up before 8:30 (or whenever someone decides to unlock the door). The atmosphere is pretty silent. Very little cooperation between workers. The feel is as if they rounded up a bunch of freelancers and put them to work in one place. Finally, there is a pretty poor work-life balance here. I was looked down upon because I didn't want to work late at home because my kids had activities.
