Cons
The compensation is not the best especially when compared to corporate jobs (which is natural). Besides that, the cons of working here are not many, unless you prefer working in a company with a large team.

Young, dynamic company with great people working alongside you. Lots of new projects and clients so you're always learning something new.
Cons
The location was far away from where I live. Since it is still a small company I missed the environment where there were a lot of people working there.
