      Pros

      Great view, lots of free time during the work day, lots of alcohol during working hours

      Cons

      I was part of the first few employees, the idea of the product is great but the implementation is horrible, every time I tried to introduce new technology to the CTO and Co-founder he rejects it, just because he didn't think the R&D can do it as most of the developers are incompetent. I tried to bring in good developers but the management didn't want to pay them. I work there for 2.5 years, it was great at the start but in the last year it was horrible and I hated every minute.

      Pros

      Great company doing great things for women. Loved the entire team. It is a start up which comes with its challenges but I really liked working here

      Multiple EU/US customers and real hunger in the product. Advanced technological answers to most critical pains of the innovation adoption. Superior team, one of the best in all the divisions.

      Lean headcount, must grow more expansively
