There is no Job Security so chill, even if you perform or not perform you will be fired. No Performer Non Performer discrimination in firing. Investors have backed off so don't worry closure will be a war since we don't have money in our pocket to purchase and supply. Managers are like Chameleons today they will say Sun rises from east, next day they will say sorry company have decided to make the Sun rise from the west and also will apologize like they tried and stuff. Hr's Doesn't have any role in Powerplay. They are only hired to share you mails, collect details nothing else, they won't even ask why were you fired and stuff. They will share mails. There is no tenure period in this company since they may fire you in the first month itself so you don't have to worry about that. Appraisal is the most awesome thing here, there is nothing like that which exist in this company, they have many reasons to make you believe ourselves that we are not fit for appraisals. That is not there in this company, while hiring they will just boast, even if your results are not been seen as numbers, if you are putting efforts we will surely consider the effort and we may also double your salary within two months, But the truth is that is just a FUGAZYI which doesn't exist.

Enough seating capacity is there in this company since they are firing every month. Coffee wending machine is working so you will be able to get coffee anytime A/C is working so don't worry, you can work in a chill place
