1. Office infrastructure is too bad, a negative feeling comes as you enter, imagine you're coming in an office in 1990's. 2. Not very good people are working in the technical team in fact the whole office, and people are not ready to share their knowledge. 3. Rude people across the floor and this includes top through bottom, bad environment. 4. No proper management. Work is completely un-organized. 5. No where comparable to any eCommerce company in the market or any start-up as well. 6. No perks at all, dissatisfied employees.
