Do you want to be "obsessed with AI"? Because now they're "obsessed with AI"! It doesn't mean anything and it's worthless, but it's their brand new obsession and it's there for you if you want in.
Cons
They're very big on their "culture of feedback". Here's how that works. Them: "[something unfair, untrue, or exaggerated]" You: "that's untrue, unfair etc" Them: "you have to accept our feedback! This is a culture of feedback!" I had this conversation a few times. I also got in trouble for saying "wtf" in a private chat with another engineer. Then I quit. This place is nuts and is idiotic to think AI can do anything useful for data engineering in the first place. Avoid.
