There are no pros of working in this company.

In my experience:- They don't care about work-life balance. They fired the entire leadership team and replaced them with a senior developer and a senior product manager who seem to have no experience running a company. Since then, it's been "AI, AI, AI" with very little focus on anything else. The new leadership doesn't seem to value talented people, independent thinking, or people with a vision. Instead, they appear to reward those who simply agree with them and don't challenge decisions. The new leadership rarely pushes back on the founder's ideas. It often feels like every suggestion is met with a "yes" rather than being properly evaluated, which limits constructive discussion and better decision-making. In hindsight, I'm grateful the new leadership failed to recognize my talent. Had they done so, I might have remained stuck in an environment that was holding me back. Moving on led me to a much better company, a stronger position, and far better career growth. Piece of advice: Be careful who you trust. There are people who have built their careers around saying "yes" to leadership and playing office politics. Don't expect loyalty, honesty, or support when it's no longer in their interest.

nothing, they will only see their benefits and after that don't care about you ,

toxic environment , no fixed timming of work , always more that 10 hrs, even they ask you to do work after leaving the office ,no appriciation at all.never come here even you are unemployed .too much office politics from the lead employees .
