Pros
- Great colleagues: People respect each other and sometimes do trips together, good atmosphere among the collegues. - Flexiblity: Employees have flexibility, for example for doing home office when required. - Liberal rules: Employees are allowed to do small talk whilst drinking a coffee within their working time. It's allowed to check private messages and do other private stuff as long as it doesn't harm the productiveness or poses any security threats.
Cons
- Different level of motivation: Some colleagues are more motivated than others. The more motivated ones are thwarted by the less motivated ones. This reduces effectiveness and can cause frustration among the more motivated employees.
