      Pros

      ParcelHero offers remote job with Saturday and Sunday off which is good thing in the company.

      Cons

      There is no Indian Management and earlier, it was easy to reach out the the management for any concern related to work or any personal thing but it is difficult now a days.

      - Not required to work weekends.

      Cons

      - Basically everything else... - Absolutely APPALLING leadership where you're basically there to stroke the ego of a delusional narcissist on a power trip. - No company culture at all. - My mental health plummeted and my weight sky-rocketed because of the inconsistent, conflicting and constantly-changing demands.
