- exposed to lots of projects at the beginning which is helpful for a first job.

- Owner is too controlling with the "return to the office" agenda. - Management can be unorganised and have unrealistic deadlines for developers. - Very low salary, not much opportunity to grow.

- colleagues are nice - good opportunity to learn from other senior developers & develop skills

- miscommunication between managers & senior staff at times
