Pros
The culture is really good. Management is very supportive and really cares about solving issues among teams. In general I can think that is a norm that persons I work with are intelligent, kind and supportive. The work-life balance is well respected, management understands that we have families and life outside the office.
Cons
The compensation is not as high as other companies, due to the lack of stocks shares. However, considering that some other companies can have horrible culture and management, I don't think this is a deal breaker for me.
