      Pros

      Great work environment. Very smart engineers. A wellness program that includes yoga and massage. Opportunities to brainstorm with very smart colleagues through an ongoing program called Splash.

      Cons

      The company went public last year which has required some change. As companies mature they usually need to improve certain function which has required some change in personnel. This will only make the company stronger.
