No work/life balance - Anonymous employee pSemi Employee Review

Very long work hours in regular basis. No work/life balance for many of employees. High-stress environment. Not enough time to do a good job, resolve issues, and fix processes. Very high expectations when the processes are broken. Not enough focus on real issues. No real support from upper management. Seems too political for a small company. No training or development plan for employees so R&R are confusing. Low retention rate.
