Pros
Great place to work. Love it hear. Excellent Wellness program, HR team is supportive and up to date with best practices. Surrounded by technical geniuses, seriously! Have been in this business all of my life and the design teams here do amazing work. Compensation is competitive, bonus structure is more than fair and as with all programs has it's ups and downs due to the nature of semiconductors. Nicely positioned in it's core competencies for future growth.
Cons
The Cons can be described as common to this industry and the niche Peregrine fills within the industry. Fabless Semi wins big and loses big so there will be lean times in this industry. There are the usual problems associated with a company growing and maturing from a start up to a major supplier of components and devices built into cutting edge hardware. To be clear Peregrine could be referred to as Fab-Lite as there are excellent back end manufacturing capabilities in San Diego.
