Very easy going on what you can where

Cons

No customer service policies at all. You are basically there to tell the Ooshirts customers that they are screwed and stuck with a poorly made shirt

-Strong sense of community -Growing rapidly so opportunities are always popping up -Fun events for Customer Service -Great coworkers -Professional development programs in place

Cons

-High volume sometimes calls for long hours -Limited resources because policies change so rapidly -Communication between departments is not always where it needs to be

Pros

Easy to get hired if you are willing to be treated like you have no brain.

Cons

CSM is resonsible for the "F" BBB rating. Company run by a bunch of kids who know NOTHING about providing Customer Service. Read online reviews. They say it all. No benefits. This is the definition of a modern day concentration camp. CSM so petty that she hooked up an IPad to a Segway to roll it around and spy on Indy staff from CA. In my years of CS experience, I have never seen customers ripped off and treated like they are. This company needs shut down!
